  • Tomato ketchup 4 tsp

Directions

    Take a atta burger cut in halves.

    Take a onion peel and cut in round slices take a cucumber peel and cut in slices.

    Take a boiled potatoes peel and mashed then add salt,pepper,chatmasala,coriander mix and make a dough then make a equal size balls then balls flat and fill grated psneer and seal or flat tikki fried in nonstick pan add oil tikki fried in both sides then burger fried.

    Take a burger put onion, cucumber,cheese slice .

    Then add crispy tikki cover with another burger part.

    Serve with tomato ketchup.Kids like cheese slices and burger.
