Directions

  • Take a atta burger cut in halves.
  • Take a onion peel and cut in round slices take a cucumber peel and cut in slices.
  • Take a boiled potatoes peel and mashed then add salt,pepper,chatmasala,coriander mix and make a dough then make a equal size balls then balls flat and fill grated psneer and seal or flat tikki fried in nonstick pan add oil tikki fried in both sides then burger fried.
  • Take a burger put onion, cucumber,cheese slice .
  • Then add crispy tikki cover with another burger part.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.Kids like cheese slices and burger.
