Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Corn kernels 2 cups


  • Onion 1


  • Garlic cloves 5


  • Green chillies 2


  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp


  • Grated carrot 1


  • Grated capsicum 1


  • Rice flour 1 cup


  • Maida 1 cup


  • Salt 1 tsp or as per taste


  • Oil 2 cups

Directions

  • In a grinder add onion garlic green chillies corn and grind to a fine paste.
  • Remove the paste into a bowl and add the carrots capsicum and coriander
  • Add rice flour and maida and remaining corn in the mixture. Add salt. Add water and make a consistency which can be spread easily by spoon.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai. Spread the mixture with help of spoon. Flip a the cook when colour changes. Cook on medium heat till crisp.
  • Serve the fritters along with tomato sauce. Enjoy.
