In a grinder add onion garlic green chillies corn and grind to a fine paste.
Remove the paste into a bowl and add the carrots capsicum and coriander
Add rice flour and maida and remaining corn in the mixture. Add salt. Add water and make a consistency which can be spread easily by spoon.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Spread the mixture with help of spoon. Flip a the cook when colour changes. Cook on medium heat till crisp.
Serve the fritters along with tomato sauce. Enjoy.
