  • 2 cup matki
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp salt]
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch sugar

Directions

  • heat oil and add mustard
  • add onion and all the spices together
  • add sugar and matki and cover till it is cooked
  • add some water if needed
  • add salt and mix well
  • add some chilly tadka if you want it spicy
