In a mixing bowl add soaked and drained sabudana, then add green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, .
Add chopped Curry leaves, sugar, Salt, and boiled, mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala mix well.
Now take a small ball size mixture then place on butter paper,
make a thalipeeth Press with hands as u desire shape and thickness.
Heat the griddle on low to medium flame. Put the prepared thalipeeth and roast both sides .
Apply butter/ghee both sides. Roast well till they appears golden brown spot on thalipeeth.
Lastly enjoy the sabudana thalipeeth with Ghee or butter.
