  • 1 cup sabudana soaked

  • 2 green chilli Chopped

  • 4 medium size potato boiled

  • 1 tsp Garam masala

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil or ghee as needed for roasting

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • Few Chopped Curry leaves


  • In a mixing bowl add soaked and drained sabudana, then add green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, .
  • Add chopped Curry leaves, sugar, Salt, and boiled, mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala mix well.
  • Now take a small ball size mixture then place on butter paper,
  • make a thalipeeth Press with hands as u desire shape and thickness.
  • Heat the griddle on low to medium flame. Put the prepared thalipeeth and roast both sides .
  • Apply butter/ghee both sides. Roast well till they appears golden brown spot on thalipeeth.
  • Lastly enjoy the sabudana thalipeeth with Ghee or butter.
