Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked moong dal

  • 1 green chilli

  • 1 small Ginger piece

  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • 4-5 garlic cloves

  • 1 gooseberry size tamarind

  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

    In a pan heat the oil, add soak the dal for 2 hours, after take soaked moong dal roast well on low flame.

    Once cooled transfer to the mixi jar, add garlic cloves, ginger, chilli, coriander leaves, and salt, tamarind,

    Grind it little coarsely to adding little bit of water.

  • 04

    Now moong dal chutney is ready. serve with dosa or etc.
