Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked moong dal


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 small Ginger piece


  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves


  • Salt to taste


  • 4-5 garlic cloves


  • 1 gooseberry size tamarind


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • In a pan heat the oil, add soak the dal for 2 hours, after take soaked moong dal roast well on low flame.
  • Once cooled transfer to the mixi jar, add garlic cloves, ginger, chilli, coriander leaves, and salt, tamarind,
  • Grind it little coarsely to adding little bit of water.
  • Now moong dal chutney is ready. serve with dosa or etc.
