Soak sabudana overnight adding equal portion of water.
Next take the pan heat ghee, and add soaked sabudana and water to it.
Allow it to boil till they turns glossy and thick gravy like.
Then add 1 cup milk and sugar saute and dissolve sugar completely.
Cover and cook another few minutes.
At last add cardamom powder and roughly chopped cashews and raisins or as your favorite fruirs. Mix well.
Serve chilled or hot topping with Ghee.
