Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cup sabudana


  • 1 cup milk


  • 3/4 sugar


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 2 tbsp chopped dryfruits


  • 1 cup water


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Soak sabudana overnight adding equal portion of water.
  • Next take the pan heat ghee, and add soaked sabudana and water to it.
  • Allow it to boil till they turns glossy and thick gravy like.
  • Then add 1 cup milk and sugar saute and dissolve sugar completely.
  • Cover and cook another few minutes.
  • At last add cardamom powder and roughly chopped cashews and raisins or as your favorite fruirs. Mix well.
  • Serve chilled or hot topping with Ghee.
