Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cup sabudana


  • 1 spoon butter


  • 1 Green chilli chopped


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 Tomato puree (optional)


  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste


  • 2 cup Water (which cup u measure the sabudana)


  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Soak the sabudana at night to adding equal portion of water.
  • In the morning take the pressure cooker heat 1 tsp butter, splutter the cumin seeds,.
  • Next add green chilli, Ginger and sabudana saute well.
  • Add 2 cup Water and salt according to taste mix well.
  • Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles.
  • If you add tomato puree add pinch of sugar also.
  • Lastly add chopped coriander leaves mix well.
