Soaked the chanas overnight for 6-7 hours and pressure cook them for 5-6 minutes on low flame.
Heat a pan and dry roast red chilli, cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
Pour them into blender jar and roughly crush them.
In the same pan add oil , add cumin seeds and sauté them. for few seconds.
Add boiled chickpeas and fry for 2 minutes till raw smell vanishes.
Add roasted masalas, salt and chaat masala.
Mix well, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off flame.
Take a big vessel or bowl, transfer the chanas into it, add all veggies, lemon and mix well.
Now add tamarind chutney and mix well.
Ready to serve. Enjoy endlessly
