First washed and soaked nicely soya granules for 5 to 6 hours of till soft
When soaked discard water and transfer in mixer jar and make fine smooth paste
Now heat some ghee in pan add soya paste and stir till pleasant smell comes and make a form dough when done switch of gas and left to cool
When it's cool add cocoa powder, all purpose flour, powder sugar,vanilla essence, salt mix and knead smooth dough
For stuffing, dry roast the grated coconut after a minute add almond paste and dry roast
When done switch of gas and let to cool
When done add mashed paneer, cardamom powder, powder sugar and mix well and make lemon size balls of this and keep aside
For dip,
Take curd, cream cheese and sugar beat this well till it transfer in pouring consistency
For making Ravioli, take a small size ball in already greased with ghee plastic wrap and roll this evenly like poori
Roll one more ball like poori
Now arrange a lemon size paneer ball in between of two rolled chapati, grease some water from all sides and lock the rolled poori from all sides, cut the extra edges
Do same with all dough and stuffing and make all ravioli like this
Now prepare a steamer with grease plate and place the maked ravioli, steam and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or till nicely cook, when done switch of gas
Now arrange the steamed ravioli in serving plate pour the cream cheese and curd dip over it
Sprinkle some roasted chopped almonds and coconut over the top
Now healthy and tasty Choco Soya Ravioli with Cream Cheese dip is ready to serve
