Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 gm- sem ke beej or( sem ki fali )

  • 1 cup-oil

  • 1/2 tsp-salt or as required

  • 1/2 tsp-black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp-cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp-amchur powder

  • 1/2tsp- chaat masala powder

  • 1/4tsp- Red chilly powder

    Soak sem ke beej in sufficient water along with 1 tsp Salt for 30 minutes. After soaking remove peel and keep seed in a bowl. After soaking in salt water it will be easily peeled.

    Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all sem ke beej on medium flame. Fry till they turn light brown and crisp. Remove from oil and keep it in tissue paper. Add all dry masale and mix everything well. Cool down in room temperature and store it in air tight container. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
