Heat the Ghee/oil in pan, add mustard and Cumin seeds let them stirring until the seeds are starts to popping.
Add hing, curry leaves, turmeric, Ginger grated, garlic minced stir for 1-2 mins on low flame saute well.
Then add finely chopped Onions, stir until the Onion turns brownish colour.
Now add finely chopped tomato saute continuously till they becomes soft and mushy.
Next add all spices like red chilli powder, cumin n coriander powder, garam masala and salt according to the taste mix well.
Further more add boiled Field Bean's mix well with well combination.
Cover and simmer for an 3-4 mins.
Finally serve garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
