Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup broken rice cooked


  • 1/2 cup boiled Red Pigeon Peas


  • 1/2 cup boiled Field Bean's


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1 Green chilli chopped


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 Onion finely chopped


  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste


  • Few Curry leaves


  • Salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take a kadai, heat the oil once oil is heat sufficiently.
  • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing and Curry leaves saute well till they crackles.
  • Add Chopped green chilli, Ginger garlic paste, stir until raw smell disappears.
  • Further add finely chopped onions saute until they becomes golden brown colour.
  • Next add turmeric powder,boiled field Bean's and red pigeon peas stir until they turns crisp.
  • Now add cooked rice and salt to taste give a good mix.
  • Additionally add chopped coriander leaves mix it .
  • Finally serve Field Bean's and Red pigeon Peas Rice .
