Ingredients
Serves 2
1 small cup Semolina (rava)
3/4 cup boiled Field Bean's
1 medium size Onion finely chopped
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp roasted chana dal
Salt according taste
1 green chilli finely chopped
2 cup water
Directions
In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter, and roast the rava till it colour changes and becomes aromatic. keep it aside.
Then heat another tbsp of butter and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and Curry leaves allow to splutter them.
Add roasted chana dal, boiled Field Bean's, turmeric powder, chopped Green chilli saute well.
Now add finely chopped Onions saute until the onions turn translucent.
next add 2 cup water and salt to taste then allow to boil it.
When water starts to boil add roasted rava to boiling water, immediately start to stirring continuously on low flame.
saute until lumps free. while rava absorbed all water completely. cover n simmer for few seconds.
Further add chopped coriander leaves mix well.
Finally enjoy the field Bean's rava upama .
