Wash and soak chana over night in water
Drain off the water and pressure cook for 3 whistle
Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions and saute until onion turns red colour
Add curry leaves and redchilly powder
Add a little bit of garam masala and saute everything well for a minute and add cooked chana to this..
Pour little water and cook for a while for masala to coat chana and curry becomes dry
Dry chana is ready to serve
