Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Chana 1 cup


  • Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp


  • Onion 1


  • Oil 1 tsp


  • Salt 1/4 tsp


  • Curry leaves 2 nos

Directions

  • Wash and soak chana over night in water
  • Drain off the water and pressure cook for 3 whistle
  • Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions and saute until onion turns red colour
  • Add curry leaves and redchilly powder
  • Add a little bit of garam masala and saute everything well for a minute and add cooked chana to this..
  • Pour little water and cook for a while for masala to coat chana and curry becomes dry
  • Dry chana is ready to serve
