Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 1 cup ready sprouts( moth ,mung, Chaana& green peas

  • 1 onion slice

  • 1 tomato cut into small pieces

  • 1 spoon biryani/ pulav masala

  • 1 and half spoon salt

  • 3 spoons oil

  • 1/2 cup groundnuts

  • 2 spoon green chillies , coriander & curry leaves paste

  • 21/2 cups water

Directions

    soak rice for 30 min

  • 02

    heat oil in pressure cooker

  • 03

    and sliced onion and tomato & cook it for 2 min

  • 04

    add sprouts & chilli paste

  • 05

    add water & salt ..bring it to boil

  • 06

    now add rice to it

  • 07

    cover the cooker low the flame

  • 08

    cook it for 10 minutes

  • 09

    garnish with coriander leaves
