3/4 cup mix daal(moong, masoor, toor dal, chana dal)
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 cup Roasted Chickpea powder
Oil for shallow Fry
In a bowl add all Dal's to soak for 8 hours. after Dal's drained well.
transfer to the mixi jar grind it coarsely.
Add to mixing bowl add grinded dals, add all spices, chopped coriander leaves and salt according to the taste Mix well.
Next add bread crumbs as needed and roasted chickpeas powder mix well until the dough formed. If needed add more bread crumbs.
Take small ball size of dough and flatten it.
Heat the oil in pan and shallow Fry the prepared falafel till they becomes crisp and golden brown colour.
Next take the Wheat flour thick chapati and cut into square shape apply the tomato ketchup, put lettuce or cabbage leaf and tomato slice, onion slice and dal falafel make this upper side also.
Finally enjoy the mix dal falafel burger is ready.
