In a large mixing bowl add sieved all flours, semolina mix well.
Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cardamom and cinnamon powder mix well.
In the mixi jar add betel leaves and little milk grind it into paste.
Now transfer to the flour mixture , then add sugar powder and full fat milk mix until the smooth consistency.
The batter should be not too thick. it should be lumps free smooth flowing consistency.
Now heat the nonstick tawa grease with ghee.
Pour the 1 ladleful of batter on tawa slightly spread it evenly.
When bubbles comes on the top of spreading batter. flip and roast over it.
Roast both sides until they well cooked. prepare as same remaining batter also.
Lastly serve topping with honey (optional)
