Grind uncooked chickpeas, dhaniya And cumin seeds with 1-2 tbsp of water to a paste.
Add all other ingredients to the mixture and grind again. Check seasonings.
Make round flat patties of about 1” diameter.
Now take non stick tawa. Apply little oil and arrange this falafel on tawa and shallow fry by cooking uniformly on both sides till little golden brown.
Serve hot with fried green chilli and tomato ketchup.
