Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds , fennel seeds Curry leaves saute and allow to splutter them.
Next add finely chopped onion, Ginger garlic paste, saute until onion turns translucent.
After add tomato purée stir till it becomes soft n mushy.
Now add spices are turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin and Coriander powder saute until they aromatic.
Further more add carrot and boiled green Peas mix well.
Additionally add salt according to the taste and add 1/2 cup water cook till the carrot becomes soft.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves mix well
Finally serve the Carrot Peas Sabzi with ad your wish like roti, chapati.
