Method :-
Keep lentils and daliya soaked 20 minutes before cooking
Now heat the ghee in the cooker, add cloves, bay leaves and cumin, now add ginger garlic paste, fry a little, add onions and green chillies and fry it, keep the flame medium, now add all the mixed vegetables and fry lightly, add soaked daliya and lentils Add salt, turmeric powder, mix well and fry for 1 minute. Now add about 7 - 8 bowls of water and cover with a lid and take 2 whistles, after this, reduce the heat for 2-3 minutes and then cooker Allow to cool
Pour ghee in prepared lentils daliya and serve hot with curd, chutney
