Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup black chana boiled


  • 1 cup tomato puree


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard
  • Add all the pastes and saute till raw smell goes
  • Add onion and salt. Wait till it turns brown
  • Add tomato puree and seasonings.
  • When oil seperates add chana and saute for 5 minutes
  • Add water and stir . When water boils keep stirring till it evaporates.
  • Serve hot
