  • 1 small cup overnight soaked black eyed beans/white lobia

  • 2 Green chilli chopped

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 inch Ginger grated

  • Oil for deep fry


  • Take a bowl add cleaned and washed white lobias.
  • Add enough water and soak it for 8-10 hours.
  • Next Drain it completely and grind them coarsely.
  • After transfer to the mixing bowl add Red chilli powder, coriander powder, grated Ginger, green chilli paste, salt according taste, dry mango powder, finely chopped coriander leaves mix well.
  • Further apply some water to hands and take small Portion of grinded lobia mixture.
  • Next roll and flattened with palms then shape it as you wish.
  • Now heat the oil in Pan once oil Is heat sufficiently
  • Put prepared white beans vada and fry them both sides on low flame till they turns golden brown colour.
  • Repeat this process for remaining mixture to prepare mini vada.
  • Lastly serve with Green chutney or tomato sauce.
