Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gram ambatchuka


  • 1 1/2 cup toor dal


  • 10 spicy greenchillies


  • 2 tsp grated dry coconut


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • In pressure cooker add daal, chopped ambatchuka, half onion,chillies and 1 glass water.. pressure cook for 3 whistles
  • Heat oil and add mustard
  • Add ginger garlic paste, onion and salt.
  • When onion shrink add coconut
  • Stir daal until smooth and add into the wok
  • Add all spices and some water
  • Bring it to boil and squeeze some lemon.
  • Serve hot with bhakari.
