Ingredients

  • 250 gram white chickpeas


  • 5_6 garlic clove


  • 4 green chilli


  • 1 lemon juice


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt according to taste


  • 1/2 cup cheese grated


  • 5-6 tbsp oil for frying required


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • Soaked chickpeas 5-6 hours.
  • Grind chickpeas and all ingredients.
  • Mix well. Heat oil.
  • Take some batter . Spread in Palm and fill cheese . Close.
  • Make a ball. Make shape your. Choice
  • Fry boths side till golden brown.
  • Serve with green mint Chatni .
