250 gram white chickpeas
5_6 garlic clove
4 green chilli
1 lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt according to taste
1/2 cup cheese grated
5-6 tbsp oil for frying required
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Soaked chickpeas 5-6 hours.
Grind chickpeas and all ingredients.
Mix well. Heat oil.
Take some batter . Spread in Palm and fill cheese . Close.
Make a ball. Make shape your. Choice
Fry boths side till golden brown.
Serve with green mint Chatni .
