  • 3 cup moong dal ,soaked


  • 2 cup oil


  • 1 tsp black salt

Directions

  • Wash moong under water
  • Wipe and dry the moong dal
  • Heat oil and deep fry moong dal
  • Wipe excess oil with paper napkin.
  • Sprinkle salt and mix well
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Serve hot
