3 cup moong dal ,soaked
2 cup oil
1 tsp black salt
Directions
Wash moong under water
Wipe and dry the moong dal
Heat oil and deep fry moong dal
Wipe excess oil with paper napkin.
Sprinkle salt and mix well
Store in an airtight container.
Serve hot
