Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup Roasted Vermicelli


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1 carrot thinly sliced


  • 1 capsicum sliced


  • 1/2 cup Green Peas


  • 6-7 Curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil


  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds


  • 2 tbsp Peanuts


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 Green chilli chopped


  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp Garam masala


  • 1 potato diced


  • 5-6 gobi florets


  • Salt to taste


  • 1.1/2 cup water

Directions

  • In the pan heat the some oil add Vermicelli roast on low flame until they turns golden brown colour. then transfer to the plate.
  • Heat the oil splitter mustard and cumin seeds, add peanuts roast well, add curry leaves, turmeric powder, garam masala, & onions saute until they turns golden brown.
  • Add sliced Carrot's, capsicum, potato cubes, gobi florets, green chilli and Green Peas stir continuously for 2-3 mins.
  • Now add water and salt according to taste cover and boil the water.
  • When water starts to boil add roasted vermicelli mix well with all veggies in boiling water on medium flame.
  • While Vermicelli absorbs water completely. cover and simmer for 2-3 mins on low flame.
  • After uncover and add chopped coriander leaves mix well.
  • Finally serve Vegetable shavige bath is ready.
