100 gm French Beans
100 gm baby corn
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp or to taste salt
1/2 tsp or to taste pepper powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp green chilly sauce
1/4tsp ajinomoto (optional)
1/8 tsp asafoetodia
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chilly paste
Take a bowl put corn starch in it then 1/2 cup of water mix gradually for making lumps free fine paste.
Trim the edges of French Beans and cut into 2 equal pieces. Keep aside.
Slits the baby corn in lengthwise make 2 pieces . Keep aside.
Take a wok add 2 glass of water, heat on high flame. Add 1 tsp oil . When water becomes boiling add French Beans. Stir continuously and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Now add baby corn in boiling water. Cook for a minute then turn off the heat.
Drain the hot water and immediately keeping it in normal running water. Take out stainer and spread evenly.
Now heat 2 tsp oil in a wok on medium flame add asafoetodia. Saute for 10 seconds. Now add ginger and green chilly, French Beans and baby corn mix well.
Now add sugar, salt, vinegar, soya sauce, green chilly sauce. Mix well and add corn starch water. Saute nicely.
Finally add pepper powder and cook for another a minute . Turn off the heat. Now ready to serve
Take out ina plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
