First soak urad dal for 5 hours.
After soaking drain water from dal and grind it coarsely.
Heat ghee in a pan and lower the flame.
Roast gram flour for a minute. Now add dal paste in pan.
Keep stirring and sauting paste till it becomes golden and ghee oozes out.
Now add sugar and stir again for next 10 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and dry fruits and keep stirring.
Stir and saute more for next 5 minutes.
Now off the flame.
Let panjiri cool bit. Now serve delicious and power-packed panjiri.
This panjiri can be used for 1 month. store in air tight container and relish it , whenever u want to be.
