Heat the Ghee in a pan, add roughly chopped cashews, roast until golden brown colour. and keep aside
In the same pan splutter mustard and cumin seeds, add few Curry leaves saute it well.
Add finely chopped Green chilli and Onions, saute it until Onion turns golden brown colour.
Further add grated carrot and green peas stir for 3-4 mins on low flame.
Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt according to your taste mix well with all together.
Next take the flatten rice wash and drain throughout. keep it aside.
While peas n carrot well cooked with all masala ingredients, then add washed poha into it Mix well.
In the poha add pinch of sugar, chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix with all spices n Veggies together.
Lastly add fried cashew nuts mix well.
Now peas masala poha is ready to serve.
