Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup-moong dal


  • 1 cup-spinach leaves


  • 1 cup-grated paneer


  • 1- onion sliced into small pieces


  • 2- tomatoes chopped into small pieces


  • 1- carrot grated


  • 1- beetroot grated


  • 1 tsp-ginger and green chilly chopped


  • 1 tbsp- chopped Corriender leaves


  • 1 tsp-salt or as required


  • 1/2 tsp- red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp-cumin powder


  • 1 tsp-chaat masala powder


  • 2 tbsp- oil or as required

Directions

  • Wash moong dal and soak in water for 1/2 an hour. Wash spinach leaves and boil.
  • In a mixer grinder add soaked moong dal,and boiled spinach and grind them .make a smooth paste.
  • In a bowl take moong dal and spinach batter and add salt to taste , Red chilly powder and cumin powder and mix everything well.
  • Chopped all vegetables like this.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan. Add prepared moong dal batter and spread like dosa or chilla. Cook on low flame.
  • Flip another side and cook until it becomes golden in colour. Take it out in a plate.
  • Now apply all the vegetables in the layer line. Sprinkle some chaat masala.
  • Fold it tightly like dosa and cut it in small pieces.
  • Serve immediately with tomato sauce or green chutney.
