Ingredients

  • Green moong 1 cup


  • Onion 1


  • Green chilli 1


  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp


  • Haldi powder 1/4tsp


  • Coriander leaves 1tsp


  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp


  • Salt as per taste 1/4 tsp


  • Oil 2 cup for fry

Directions

  • Soak green moong for 4 hr
  • Grind the soak daal into coarse paste
  • Add onion green chilli coriander and rest of spices in it
  • Mix well
  • Add oil in a pan
  • Add small portion like pakoda in the hot oil
  • Fry till crisp and golden
  • Serve with your favourite chutney
