Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • moong daal 1 cup


  • Sugar 2 cup


  • Elaichi powder 1 teaspoon


  • Water 1 cup


  • Oil for fry 2 cup

Directions

  • Soak moong daal for 4 hr
  • Once it soaked perfectly grind it to make a fine paste
  • Stir the mixture till it become fluffy
  • You can check this to drop the mixture in water if the batter float in the water it is ready to fry and if it is not float u ll need to mix it more
  • Add ghee or oil in a pan
  • Drop it in the oil
  • And deep fry till golden
  • For sugar syrup add sugar water and elaichi powder
  • Cook till 2 thread consistency
  • Once the syrup is ready add the fried balls in it
  • Soak for 30 minute
  • Serve hot
