Soak moong daal for 4 hr
Once it soaked perfectly grind it to make a fine paste
Stir the mixture till it become fluffy
You can check this to drop the mixture in water if the batter float in the water it is ready to fry and if it is not float u ll need to mix it more
Add ghee or oil in a pan
Drop it in the oil
And deep fry till golden
For sugar syrup add sugar water and elaichi powder
Cook till 2 thread consistency
Once the syrup is ready add the fried balls in it
Soak for 30 minute
Serve hot
