1 cup overnight soaked sabudana
1 medium size finely chopped onion
1/4 cup peanut powder
Few Curry leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Turmeric powder
3 tbsp Ghee
Salt according to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 chilli finely chopped
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
In a pan heat the ghee, splutter mustard and Cumin seeds, Curry leaves.
Add chopped Onions saute well till they turns golden brown colour.
Now add chopped green chilli, turmeric powder Stir well. Additionally add Salt according to taste.
Next add soaked and well drained sabudana and Peanut powder to it then add 1/2 tsp sugar Mix well together.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well once again.
Finally serve hot , on topping with squeeze half lemon.
