Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cups of yellow moong daal


  • 2 green chillies


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 4-5 garlic cloves


  • 2 tsp jeera


  • 2 tsp Salt to taste


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 5-6 curry leaves OIL for frying.

Directions

  • Soak yellow moong dal overnight with sufficient water.
  • Add all the ingredients in grinder and grind to thick paste.
  • Add water accordingly to the mixture to get thick batter
  • Heat oil in kadai.
  • Once oil is heated make bhajji and fry them until golden brown.
