Heat a vessel,add 3tsp oil.
Add cuminseeds,mustardseeds,uraddal
Now add curry leaves,green and red chillies
Add grated ginger.fry them in low flame
Now add sweet corn and green peas.saute for 2minutes.
Now add water to it
Add salt to taste.
Boil well
Lower flame,add rice ravva.stir well till it thickens and forms like upma
Now off the flame and close lid for 10mins
After 10mins open lid add 2tsp oil on top and close lid and place in pressure cooker
Give 3 whistles,off flame and keep for halfen hour in cooker.
After that open lid and mix well,check it shouldnt be sticky,it should separate well.
Healthy recipe ready.Goes well with tomato chutney,curd or pickle.
Tips - water for rice ravva depends on grain size of the ravva.
