  • 1cup soaked chanadal

  • 2boild potato

  • 1tsp cuminseeds

  • 10-12curryleaves

  • 2greenchilli

  • 1tsp salt 1"ginger

  • 1pinch hing

  • 200ml oil

Directions

    To make a paste of chanadal,greenchilli,cuminseeds& ginger.

    Mashed the potato

    Take a bowl add chanadal paste,mashed potato,salt,a pinch of hing ,curry patta mix all to makes a pokode batter.

    Heat oil deep fry the bhaji

    Chanadal aloo bhaji is ready to serve
