Cut all vegetables 2inch vertically wash them and transfer into pressure cooker
Add water till vegetables are immersed and cook till 3 whistles
Allow pressure to release meanwhile take coconut and cut into thin strips and grind it by adding water gradually
Now remove water in cooked vegetables and use them in other dish or make soup
Add salt and grinded coconut and whisked curd and cook till water evaporates
Now in a pan add oil and heat now add seasoning, green chilles and allow to splutter
Add this seasoning and cook fb or 2min
Add coriander before serving
