Ingredients

  • Chickpea 500g

  • Baking soda 1 teasp

  • Oil 500 ml

  • Salt 1tbs

  • Red chilli powder 1 tbs

Directions

    Soak chickpea for 5 hour

  • 02

    After 5 hour drain water and spread on a cotton clothes

    Dry for 2 hour below fan

  • 04

    Heat oil in a kadhai

  • 05

    Put dried chickpea in oil

  • 06

    Stir continuosly & keep high flame

  • 07

    After 10 min chickpea float over oil

  • 08

    Keep out chickpea and mix salt and red chilli powder

  • 09

    Now ready to eat, You can store it in a container for monthes
