Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Chickpea 500g


  • Baking soda 1 teasp


  • Oil 500 ml


  • Salt 1tbs


  • Red chilli powder 1 tbs

Directions

  • Soak chickpea for 5 hour
  • After 5 hour drain water and spread on a cotton clothes
  • Dry for 2 hour below fan
  • Heat oil in a kadhai
  • Put dried chickpea in oil
  • Stir continuosly & keep high flame
  • After 10 min chickpea float over oil
  • Keep out chickpea and mix salt and red chilli powder
  • Now ready to eat, You can store it in a container for monthes
