  • Green sprouts 1 cup

  • Sprouted Black Chickpea 1 cup

  • Fresh red kidney Bean 1 cup

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 2 teaspoon

  • Onion chopped 1

  • Tomatoes chopped 2

  • Dark Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Compound chocolate chunk 20 grams

  • Water 3 cups

  • Cinnamon 1 inch stick

  • Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Dried Oregano powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Paprika powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Grated cheese 1/4 cup

  • Coriander leaves 1 fistful

  • Lemon juice 1/2


  • Add butter and oil in a pressure cooker on a medium heat Add an inch of cinnamon stick and onion to it and saute for a while till it is translucent.
  • Add chopped tomatoes till it is mushy. Now add green sprouts, black chickpeas and fresh red kidney beans to it and add chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, paprika powder and oregano. Mix well till it is well combined.
  • Add salt,20 grams of chocolate chunk and water to it and let it boil for a minute. Close the lid and pressure cook for only five minutes. Open the lid and check the pulses are well boiled.
  • Transfer it to a pan and gently mix. Let it thicken and finally add coriander leaves . Healthy mixed pulse sprouts chilli is ready to serve. Before serving squeeze a lemon for extra taste. Garnish it with grated cheese ,coriander leaves and lemon rinds. High protein power mixed pulse chilli can be consumed with any paratha or rice.
