Soak the chickpea for 8 hours
Boil it by adding salt
Smash the boil chick pea add chopped onion, green chilli, salt chilli powder ,meera powder boiled potato smash it and mix it well.
Add crushed peanuts for more flavour and keep the stuffing aside
Take a wide bowl add atta, suji, salt ,hajween
Pour 2 table spoon of oil and mix it dry
Rub the dry mixture With ur hands until the flour turns ruf
Now knead the dough tight and apply oil .let the dough stay aside for 30 mins
Now make the samosa shell with the dough and stuff the chickpea mixture ..
Pre heat the oven at 190' convection mode brush the samosa with little oil and bake.it
Once the samosas are cooked brush it again with little oil when it is hot ,so that u dont miss the oily flavour
Serve it.hot with green chutney or imli chutney
Highly nutritious without maida or oil
Good for diabetic diet too
