In a plate take the all mix pulses here i take, peanuts, dry green peas, pigeon peas, black beans, whole green Gram's, Chickpeas, moth dal, white lobias... clean and wash thoroughly.
Then soak to adding enough water in large bowl. keep it overnight
Next day drain the water completely and tightly tie in muslin(cotton) cloth now put in airtight container at room temperature.
Leave them for 2 days after 2 days open and see that's all pulse's sprouted. wash 2-3 times and drain well.
In the pan heat the ghee and roast on low flame for 2-4 mins. and keep aside.
Next heat the oil add mustard and cumin seeds , pinch of hing and Curry leaves allow to splutter them.
Add Ginger garlic paste saute well, then add finely chopped onion stir well till they turns translucent.
Additionally add finely chopped tomato saute until they becomes soft and mushy.
Now add all masala spices are Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin n coriander powder, garam masala and salt according to taste. saute until aromatic.
Further add roasted mix Sprouts into it. Stir well together on low flame.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves And serve hot topping with ghee. , this Curry is healthy side dish for roti, rice etc.
