  • 2cup black uraddal


  • 1cup rajma


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1chopped onion


  • 1tsp gingergarlicpaste


  • 1chopped tomato


  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder


  • 1tsp red chillipowder


  • 1tsp chicken masala


  • 1tsp roasted masala powder


  • 1tsp ghee


  • 1tsp butter


  • 1tbsp cream


  • 1tbsp oil

Directions

  • Boils the uraddal&rajma with salt &water
  • Heat a wok add oil.
  • Add chopped onion,sauted nicely.
  • Than add ginger garlic paste sauted.
  • Than add chopped tomato cook nicely.
  • Than add all spices cook nicely.
  • Than add boild mixdal .cook 5 mints.
  • At last add ghee,butter&cream
  • Dal makhani is ready to serve.
