  • Poha ( flattened rice) -1 small bowl

  • Spices about 2 tabsp ( red chilli powder salt turmeric )

  • Chopped onion 1 chopp chilles 1 coriander leaves oil for frying cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon rice flour 1/2 small bowl


  • Wash poha for about 2-3 time under running water n soak it in water for 3-4 mins
  • Mash the poha n add all ingredients
  • Now apply little oil on your palm n make balls of above mixture
  • Heat oil in a pan n deep fry the balls
  • Serve with green chutney or sauce
