Heat oil in deep wok n splutter cumin seeds.
Add onion n saute till the color change.
Add ginger-garlic paste n saute for minutes.
Add tomato, salt n all spices, mix well, add little water in mixture n cook till the oil start floating all over masala.
Add soaked dal in mixture with little water n dried fenugreek leaves, now cover the lid n cook for 15 minutes on low flame in between keep sauteing.
Switch off the flame. Masale wali moong dal is ready to serve. Serve this with chapati or rice.
