Boil the soaked rajma and grind it.
Now add curd , vegetables , half onion, spices ,gram flour , bread crumbs, and mashed potatoes.
Heal little oil in a tadka pan ..add chopped onion , green chilli, hing and mustard seeds. Roast it for few minutes then add to the rajma mixture. add eno salt and mix it .
Heat appe pan . Coat its cavities with oil. Now make round shaped balls with greased hands. Put these balls in the pan .pour little oil over balls . Now cover with lid and cook until appe become golden brown.
Flip the appes to the other side and cook until golden brown.
Take out these appe in the plate and serve with green chutney and tomato sauce
