  • 150 g mater 100 g mathi 2 tbsp salt 2-3 green chilli 1 tsp ginger paste 6-7 cashew 2 tomato 3 tbsp malai 1 tsp sugar Garammsala


  • *Take a jar add tomato ginger green chill cashew. Blend it. Make smooth paste *Take a pan. Add water for boiling. *Then add mathi and mater for boil. Make soft *Take another pan. Add oil. Jeera. Then add tomatoes cashew paste. *Stir well5 min. Then add malai salt Sugar garammsala. Stir well. Add some water. Cover with lid. *Then mathi mater become soft. Add this in tomato paste. Stir well. *If the grevy is thick. Add water also. Cover with lid. *Ready
