Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 potato boiled and mashed


  • 1 cup green peas boiled and mashed


  • 1 cup vermeslli boiled


  • 2 tsp corn flour


  • 2 bread crumbs


  • 2 tsp Ginger ,garlic and chilli paste


  • 1 tsp tandoori masala


  • 1/4 tsp bleck papper


  • 1/2 lemon juice


  • For stuffing,,,,,1/2 cup curd


  • 2 tbsp seesam seeds


  • 2 tb sp coriander leaves


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp cornflour


  • 1 tsp chilli flecks


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp coconut pwd


  • 1 cup oil for shallow frying

Directions

  • First take a bowl mix all the ing. Of stuffing
  • Take another bowl mix the all the ing. Of outer layer
  • Mix properly
  • Now take some mixture of peas
  • Make a tikki
  • Put some onion curd stuffing
  • pack it make a tikki shape
  • Now heat a pan and shallow fry to tikki on slow flame
  • Fry both side of tikki
  • Serve with tometo sauce or turmrid chutney
